Who is responsible for your data
SSR Tech, a software development studio based in Santa Fe, Argentina. For anything related to this policy, write to contacto@ssrtech.com.ar.
What data we receive
Only what you deliberately give us: what you write in the contact form (the kind of project you need, the problem you want to solve, and an email or WhatsApp number so we can reply), or whatever you send if you reach us directly by email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
We do not ask for data we do not need in order to answer you, and we do not collect sensitive data.
What we use it for
For one thing only: answering your enquiry and, if it goes further, carrying on the conversation about your project.
We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles from it, and we neither sell it nor pass it to third parties.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It has no Google Analytics or any other measurement tool, and it loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers: everything is served from our own domain.
There are outbound links to client sites, to WhatsApp and to Instagram. When you click one you leave this site and the policy of that other platform applies.
Where the site is hosted
The site is hosted on Vercel which, like any web server, records technical data about visits (IP address, browser type, page requested) for operational and security purposes. We do not consult those logs and we do not cross-reference them with what you send through the form.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as the conversation lasts and, if it becomes a project, for as long as the relationship lasts plus whatever period legal and accounting obligations require. If you want it deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Ley 25.326) gives you the right to access your data, to have it corrected and to ask for it to be deleted. To exercise those rights, writing to contacto@ssrtech.com.ar is enough.
Under section 14(3) of Ley 25.326, the data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to do so is demonstrated.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the authority enforcing Ley 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims brought in connection with breaches of personal data protection rules.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything, we update this page and the date above. We do not apply changes retroactively to data you already gave us.
